NEW Fitness Classes – BASIX FiT
What better way to stay in shape at home than on Zoom with your Jiu-Jitsu family! We got a lot of requests for a pure fitness class, so we went for it.

BASIX FiT is a 30 minutes fitness routine that incorporates striking and grappling movements. It’s run by MMA fighter and certified Jiu-Jitsu instructor Cristian Garcia.

Designed for students in all our adult programs (Women Empowered, Gracie Combatives, and Master Cycle students). However, all members of the family are welcome to join the session.

This unique blend of creative calisthenics and Jiu-Jitsu movements will optimize your fitness and mobility!

Recorded Zoom Sessions
If you can’t make a live session, but you want to join in on the at-home fun, no worries. You will have access to the recorded Zoom sessions enabling you to complete the classes at your convenience. Even though you don’t get official class credit unless you join the live sessions, these recordings are a great way to stay active and connected to everything we have going on at The Basics!
