Great fun rolling with Cristian Garcia. He is a very dangerous brown belt who is looking to finish from every position. Christian has competed in MMA with a record of 4 wins and 1 loss and is an active Jiu-Jitsu/Submission grappling competitor. He is also an instructor at The Basics Jiu-Jitsu Academy. I remember taking Cristian to his first Jiu-Jitsu class when I was a purple belt. From the beginning he fell in love with Jiu-Jitsu and has reached a level that if I’m not careful I can get caught in one of his surprise submissions. As a teacher it’s a great accomplishment to see a student like Cristian who through dedication and discipline to the art has advance in the ranks and reached a high level.
