Black belt vs blue belt: 1 hand tied up!

Fun rolling with Sergio Trigiani, very dedicated blue belt. He had an injury in his hand and wanted to try sparring with that hand tied up to protect it. He also wanted to start on his back to practice his guard retention techniques. There are creative ways to practice while injured and also adding a handicap like starting in bad positions will greatly help you to sharpen your skills. Great job!
